Enhance accessibility to decent working opportunities for women in Irbid.
The major contribution that JoPC will realize is that offering women with vocational training
workshops that enable them not only to develop their capacities in specific forms of food production
but also to assist them create their own brands and start to promote the products online (have their
own online unique brands).
- Trained 30 (Jordanian and Syrian) women on chocolate making.
- Trained 30 (Jordanian and Syrian) women on sweets making and decoration.
- Equipped the 60 trained women (graduated of vocational training workshops). with digital
marketing skills.
- Assisted 60 women to start online branding.
- 60 women with developed capacities on project management, budgeting, and financial
management for sustainability.
- Educated 60 women on labour rights and how to register home-based businesses.
